  • 400 gr. strong flour
  • 20 gr. Baker’s yeast
  • salt to taste
  • 450 ml. of warm water
Recipe preparation

Dissolve the baker’s yeast in a little warm water and set aside. Mix the two types of flour with salt and add the diluted yeast and warm water. Knead and we continue to add water and flour dough according to need. Let stand in a stoppered bowl for a couple of hours to double in size.
